Mohamad reza is in high school. Father has left the family. His mother is deceased. Mohamad and his older sister lives with her grandmother in a rented room. Grandmother suffered from asthma and stomach pain. Mohammad broken nose that required surgery and treatment. They are in dire need of assistance in all aspects.

محمدرضا درمقطع دبیرستان مشغول به تحصیل می باشد.پدرش به علت اعتیادوبیکاری ازخانواده جداشده است.مادرش فوت شده ومحمد رضابا خواهر بزرگترش نزد مادربزرگ زندگی می کند.مادر بزرگ دچار بیماری آسم وناراحتی معده می باشد.محمدرضا شکستگی بینی دارد که نیاز به عمل جراحی ودرمان دارد.آنها به کمکهای همه جانبه نیاز مبرم دارند.
