Narjes is in high school. She suffers from a skin allergy that causes excessive itching, her mother has spent a considerable amount of money for treatment, but it hasnt yielded any results. Her father has passed away because of heart attack. She lives with her mother and sister in a very small rental place. Mother goes to care for the elderly three days a week. Mother also suffers from digestive disorders. To cover their daily needs, the family has taken a loan from the bank and pays it back in monthly instalments. family is in dire need for financial support.

نرجس دبیرستانی است. او دچار آلرژی و حساسیت شدید پوستی است و مادر با وجود درمان های پی در پی و هزینه های گزاف تاکنون موفق به درمان نگردیده است.پدر به علت سکته قلبی فوت کرده. او با مادر و خواهر ش در یک خانه اجاره ای بسیار کوچک زندگی می کند. تامین خانواده بعهده مادر هفته اي سه روز براي نگهداري از سالمندان مي رود . مادر دچار ناراحتی شدید معده نیز می باشد.این خانواده این خانواده جهت مایحتاج روزمره از بانک وام دریافت کرده وبصورت ماهانه اقساط آن را پرداخت می کنند و بشدت نیازمند حمایت مالی می باشد.
