محمدرضا از بدو تولد دچار فلج مغزی می باشد ودارو ودرمان ورسیدگی دائمی دارد.پدر به علت مفقود شدن طلاق غیابی گرفته است.مادر خانه دار وسرپرستی سه فرزند را می کند.آنها درمکان استیجاری زندگی می کنند ونیاز به دارو ووسایل پزشکی وتغذیه دارند.
