Zahra is a grade 10 student and her father is a janitor. She is suffering from heart and kidney disease and needs surgery but due to lack of financial resources the family can pursue her treatment. She is also suffering from anemia. Her mother also has lumbar discs and arthritis. rnThe family is in bad situation in terms of nutrition and health and need public assistance.

زهرا در مقطع راهنمایی درس میخواند و پدرش مستخدم مدرسه است. او دچار بیماری قلبی و کلیوی است و نیاز به عمل جراحی دارد ولی به علت ضعف مالی قادر به این کار نیست.زهرا دچار کم خونی نیز است مار نیز دچار دیسک کمر و آرتروز است. . آنها در مکانی استیجاری زندگی سختی را میگذرانند. آنها از لحاظ تغذیه و بهداشت در وضعیت بدی بسر میبرند و نیاز مبرم به کمکهای مردمی دارند.
