Mohammad Javad is in high school. He has kidney and bladder diseases. He has had 5 surgeries and has bladder control problems. His mother has mental problems. This 4-person family lives in a rental place for which the contract has already ended and they do not have financial ability to rent another placeTreatment expenses for Mohammad Javad’s kidney illness is 600 thousand toman per month that is paid from charity’s donation. In a note to his sponsor he has pledged to study better and harder next year. This family is in dire need of financial assistance.

محمدجواد در دبیرستان درس میخواند . او بیماری کلیه و مثانه دارد و تا کنون 5 بار عمل شده است و کنترل تخلیه ادرار ندارد. او به دلیل بیماری کمی عصبی و بهانه گیر شده است. پدر محمدجواد بیماری تشنج دارد و زیاد نمی تواند کار کند. مادر محمدجواد بیماری اعصاب دارد و این خانواده 4 نفره در منزلی مستاجر هستند که مدت اجاره آنها تمام شده و استطاعت اجاره منزل دیگر را ندارند. هزینه درمانی محمدجواد ۶۰۰ هزارتومان در ماه است که از هزینه تحصیلی او پرداخت میشود. در یادداشتی محمد جواد از حامی خود سپاسگذاری کرده و قول داده در سال آینده بهتر و بیشتر درس بخواند.
