Arsam is in elementary school and is a smart, lively student. Her parents are separated, and Arsam and her older brother are tenants in a small home. Before the divorce, the father sold all the household items and spent them on addiction, and they live on very basic items. The familys only source of income is a subsidy, and they have not yet been supported by any institution. They need financial support to pay for housing and education. Arsams father recently passed away.

آرسام در دبستان درس میخواند و دانش آموزی باهوش و پرجنب و جوش است. پدر و مادرش از هم جدا شده اند و آرسام بهمراه برادر بزرگترش به حضانت مادر در منزلی کوچک مستاجر هستند. پدر قبل از طلاق همه وسایل منزل را فروخته و خرج اعتیادش کرده و آنها با وسایلی بسیار ابتدایی زندگی می کنند. تنها منبع درآمد این خانواده سه نفره یارانه است و هنوز تحت حمایت هیچ نهادی قرار نگرفته اند. آنها برای تامین مخارج مسکن و تحصیل و تغذیه نیاز به حمایت مالی دارند. پدر آرسام اخیرا فوت شده است.
