Hananeh is studying in highschool. She has growth hormone deficiency and is shorter than normal but is not in treatment. She also has low blood sugar.The father has died. The mother remarried and left the children. The grandmother has taken care of her 3 grandchildren. Grandmother has diabetes and osteoarthritis. This family of four lives in a very old house that needs major repairs. This family needs all kinds of help.

حنانه در مقطع دبيرستان مشغول به تحصیل میباشداوکمبود هورمون رشد دارد و قدش کوتاه است ولی به علت هزینه بالا درمان نکرده است. او افت قند خون هم دارد.. پدر فوت شده است. مادر ازدواج مجدد کرده و بچه ها را رها کرده است. مادر بزرگ سرپرستی 3 نوه خود را به عهده گرفته است. مادر بزرگ دیابت و آرتروز دارد. این خانواده 4 نفره در یک خانه روستایی بسیار قدیمی با کمترین وسایل اولیه زندگی سختی را میگذرانند و نیازمند کمک میباشند.
