Nazanin Zahra is studying in high school. Nazanin has a brain abscess and heart condition, and her medication and treatment costs are high. She also suffers from kidney problems.Her father , a simple worker, died after falling from a height. Nazanin and her younger sister are under the care of the mother. The mother is studying to be a social worker in college. She does part time office work at the same college and earns a little money. She also does sewing for neighbours.They are tenants . The family is in a difficult situation to support themselves and they are hoping for the kind hearts of the respected benefactors.

نازنین زهرا در دبیرستان با نمرات خوب درس میخواند. نازنین آبسه مغزی و ناراحتی قلبی دارد و هزینه های دارو و درمان او بالا است. او دچار نارسایی کلیه هم شده است.. پدرش که کارگر ساده بوده بر اثر سقوط از بلندی فوت شده است. نازنین و خواهر کوچکترش تحت سرپرستی مادر می باشند. مادردانشجوی رشته مددکاری در دانشگاه است و در همانجا پاره وقت کارهای اداری انجام و حقوق کمی دریافت می کند. او در خانه هم برای همسایه ها خیاطی می کند. آنها مستاجر هستند . این خانواده برای تامین مخارج زندگی خود در وضعیت دشواری هستند و چشم امید به قلبهای مهربان خیرین محترم دوخته اند.
