Elna is studying at the elementary school level. She is a hyper active and is taking medication under a doctor’s supervision. Elna also has an older sister who is a student. The father of the family has passed away, and both children are under the care of their mother.After her husband’s death, the mother suffered from severe depression and is currently under a doctor’s care. To cover living expenses, she works as a tailor and, in order to create employment, has received a loan from the Relief Committee, which she is required to repay in monthly instalments.nThe family lives as tenants in the children’s grandfather’s house, and are in need of financial support and assistance.

النا در مقطع دبستان تحصیل می‌کند. او پیش فعال بوده و تحت نظر پزشک دارو مصرف می‌کند. النا یک خواهر بزرگ‌ترِ محصل نیز دارد. پدر خانواده فوت شده و هر دو فرزند تحت سرپرستی مادر هستند. مادر خانواده پس از فوت همسرش دچار افسردگی شدید شده و در حال حاضر تحت نظر پزشک قرار دارد. وی برای تأمین مخارج زندگی به کار خیاطی مشغول است و در راستای ایجاد اشتغال، وامی از کمیته امداد دریافت کرده که ملزم به پرداخت اقساط ماهانه آن می‌باشد. این خانواده به‌صورت استیجاری در منزل پدربزرگ فرزندان سکونت دارند و این خانواده نیازمند حمایت و پشتیبانی مالی هستند.
