Nazanin Zahra studies in elementary school and has a lot of enthusiasm for education. She has an older sibling who graduated from high school and is a college student and a brother who is in elementary school and a sister in high school The father is completely disabled due to severe goiter and he does not have the ability to do his personal work either. The mother is a housewife and has diabetes and heart issues .this family lives a very difficult life in one of the deprived villages of Zabul, and the mother is in dire financial straits to meet the needs of her children.

نازنین زهرا در مقطع دبستان تحصیل می کند و شور و شوق زیادی برای تحصیل دارد. او یک خواهر دبیرستانی،یک برادر دانشجو و یک برادر محصل دبستان دارد. پدر در اثر بیماری گواتر شدید به صورت کامل از کار افتاده است و توانایی انجام کارهای شخصی خود را نیز ندارد. مادر خانه دار استو دیابت و بیماری قلبی دارد. و این خانواده در یکی از روستاهای محروم زابل زندگی بسیار سختی را می گذرانند و مادر برای تامین نیازهای چهار فرزند محصل خود در مضیقه مالی شدیدی قرار دارد.
