Zahra studies in high school. She has an older brother who is a high school student and a younger brother who is a primary school student. The father is completely disabled due to MS, and the mother, who is deaf and unable to speak, takes care of him and is unable to work. This family of five lives in their grandfathers house and they are in dire need of financial support to cover all aspects of life and education for their three student children.

زهرا در مقطع دبیرستان تحصیل می کند. او یک برادر بزرگتر از خود که محصل دبیرستان میباشد و یک برادر کوچکتر از خود دارد که محصل دبستان است. پدر به علت بیماری ام اس کاملا از کار افتاده است و مادر که ناشنوا و فاقد قدرت تکلم است از او نگهداری می کند و امکان کار کردن ندارد. این خانواده پنج نفره در منزل پدربزرگ زندگی می کنند و برای تامین مخارج همه جانبه زندگی و تحصیل سه فرزند محصل نیاز مبرم به حمایت دارند.
