Esra studies in high school with very good grades. She has an older brother who is in his final year of night high school and is an apprentice at a hair salon. The father, who was a plasterer, died of a heart attack, and the mother is the guardian of her two children. The mother works part-time in cleaning the sports club and earns a little income. They are renters and they need financial support to meet the all-round expenses of living and education of their children.

اسرا در مقطع دبیرستان تحصیل می کند. او یک برادر بزرگتر که سال آخر دبیرستان شبانه است و روزها کارآموزی در آرایشگاه می کند دارد. پدر که گچکار بوده بر اثر سکته قلبی فوت کرده و مادر سرپرستی دو فرزند خود را به عهده دارد. مادر بصورت پاره وقت به نظافت باشگاه ورزشی مشغول است و درآمد اندکی کسب می کند. آنها مستاجر هستند و برای تامین مخارج همه جانبه زندگی و تحصیل فرزندان نیاز به حمایت مالی دارند.
