Asal studies in primary school. In her spare time, she entertains herself by reading books and drawing. She has an older brother who is a graduate who does not live with them anymore. Their parents separated and after a year, the father died and the paternal family took Asals older brother to their city and took care of him, but they did not support Asal and her mother in any way. The mother works in a hotel and earns little. They are a tenant in a house and do not receive government assistance. This family is in a difficult situation and they urgently need support and financial support.

عسل در مقطع دبستان تحصیل می کند. او در اوقات فراغتش با مطالعه کتاب و کشیدن نقاشی خود را سرگرم میسازد. عسل یک برادر بزرگتر که دیپلم است دارد که با آنها زندگی نمی کند. پدر و مادر جدا شدند و بعد از یکسال پدر فوت نموده و خانواده پدری برادر بزرگتر عسل را به شهر خود برده و از او نگهداری می کنند اما نسبت به عسل و مادرش هیچگونه حمایتی ندارند. مادر در یک هتل مشغول به کار است و درآمد اندکی دارد. آندو در منزلی مستاجر هستند و کمک دولتی دریافت نمی کنند. این خانواده در وضعیت سختی قرار داشته و نیاز مبرم به حمایت و پشتیبانی مالی دارند.
