Zahra is an elementary school student. She has an older brother and sister; her sister is in high school and her brother has finished high school. Their father passed away in an accident, and their mother is now the sole caregiver of the three children. After their father’s death, the older brother suffered from depression and emotional problems. The mother has neck arthritis and chronic knee pain, yet she works in a food workshop. However, her work is seasonal and not permanent. The family lives in a rented house and is in urgent need of financial support.

زهرا در مقطع دبستان تحصیل می کند. او یک بردر و یک خواهر بزرگتر از خود که دیپلمه و دبیرستانی هستند دارد. پدر در حادثه فوت کرده است و مادر سرپرست سه فرزند خود میباشد. برادر بزرگتر بعد از فوت پدر دچار افسردگی و مشکلات روحی شده است. مادر آرتروز گردن و و درد مزمن زانو دارد و با این حال در یک کارگاه مواد غذایی کار می کند. کار مادر بصورت فصلی است و دایمی نمی باشد. این خانواده مستاجر هستند و نیاز مبرم به حمایت مالی دارند.
